KLR PARTS – SHIPPING INFORMATION
Some Points:

We use third party freight companies – mainly Australia Post and TNT (including TNT International).

At the checkout we use an automated freight calculation application. The freight cost is based on your postcode and the total weight of your order.

This app will usually return a couple of options for you to choose from. Most of the time this calculation is correct.
However, at times, particularly for overseas customers, the system may not be able to return a 'live' freight calculation. In these instances a 'Failover' or default rate will be presented. It will be a flat rate or may be a $0.00 cost; this does not mean the freight is free.

Selecting this will allow you to proceed to the next step in the checkout process.

When we see a failover rate we will do a manual freight quote, and if necessary issue a refund/credit or a revised invoice for further payment. Either way we will contact you.

Once the order and freight is confirmed you will be sent a tracking number. We will also be able to track shipments on your behalf.

For overseas buyers we will prepare any necessary paperwork. If you have any special requirements you can add notes at the checkout or contact us by email.

If we have or see any issues with your freight, we will contact you.

For more information please see our Terms and Conditions.
